We maintain quality of our products in each & every stage of operations we perform.

PROCUREMENT

Core competency of purchase department is backward integration linkages, effective supply chains and product quality knowledge while making procurement.
We are maintaining uniform product quality throughout year, which is the prime need of our channel partners as well as consumers.
Procurement includes pre-purchased inspection, during purchase check-ups, storage area inspection, during processing inspection and finally during delivery time inspection of Material.

STORAGE

We maintain our stocks with different processes to increase life of goods.

1IN-HOUSE STORAGE

We have huge storing capacities to store our materials, we have annual contracts for maintenance and protection of the storage infestation with the best companies.

We keep crates on the ground, with stacks on and covered with tarpaulin which are periodically removed for aeration.

2WAREHOUSE

We store our Raw-materials in well maintained private ware-houses, where they take care of goods by maintaining constant treatments and procedures. Which is one of the safest storage modes.

3QUALITY CONTROL

We have implemented national as well as international quality and safety standards - ISO 9001, ISO 22000, Agmark and FSSAI & such others.

100% Sampling Internal quality factors (Nutritional parameters) for health purpose. External quality factors (Impurities, fungi’s, moisture etc.) for hygiene purpose.	At each stage of process, the samples are taken twice hourly basis and tested for - Efficiency for – Cleaning, Oversize, Undersize, Maturity, Colour, De-stoning, Packing, Weighing and Sealing	Sample of finished products regularly tested for— Cooked (Taste, Aroma, Flavour and other cooking characteristics) Uncooked (Moisture, Broken percentage, damage and discolour etc.)
