Our Shipping Policies,

On receipt of payments, approval of open credit or letter of credit (LC),

• We ship our goods from Mundra, Kandla and Mumbai, India or in case from Warehouses.
• Generally shipments are made in bays, boxes or drums, floor loaded with driver assist. All drivers are responsible for, and required to sign for, proper counts on pieces.
• Special arrangements for specific loads can be arranged with proper prior notice.
• Shipments requiring special handling (i.e. palatalization or U.P.S.) will be charged a reasonable surcharge for shipping and handling and must be arranged for in advance.
